Morning sunshine lighting up Erigeron karvinskianus – delighted it has self-seeded into the gravel around our pond. It’s such a charming & useful plant, definitely one of my favourites – not only aesthetically for the clouds of wee daisies held aloft for months, or its drought tolerance/ability to happily look after itself, but also for its wildlife value as a food source for bees and other pollinators.

Erigeron certainly makes me smile on a Monday morning 😁🌸
